Mr. Lee is responsible for the overall investment activities and management of the firm.
Prior to joining Korea Omega, Mr. Lee was an investment principal at SL Investment and previous to that worked in the business development department at GS Caltex. Mr. Lee received a BS in chemical engineering from Seoul National University and an MBA from KAIST Graduate School of Finance.
Mr. Lee’s investment experiences include Alteogen(Bio), Corestem(Bio), Across(Healthcare), OliX(Bio), Cell Bio Human Tech(Materials), QuantaMatrix(Healthcare), Y-Biologics(Bio), iN Therapeutics(Bio) and Point2 Technology Inc.(IT Hardware).

Prior to joining Korea Omega, Mr. Lee was a partner at Kamur Investment Partners and previous to that worked at SBI Private Equity, Cornerstone Equity Partners, CVC Asia Pacific and Bain & Company. Mr. Lee received a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Shin received a BS in electrical and electronic engineering from Yonsei University.

A scientist turned VC, Dae Kyeong has developed science (stem cell therapies), built biotech from the ground up, and led through complexity (Coagulant Therapeutics). With experience on the venture side (Magellan Technology Investment), he brings real-world insight into the life science ecosystem combining strategy, operational know-how, and capital to empower entrepreneurs and drive meaningful success. He holds a Ph.D. in stem cell bioprocessing from University College London.

As a VP at Korea Omega Investment Corp, Caroline is on a mission to identify and back the entrepreneurs who are shaping the future through transformative technologies. With a keen eye for disruptive innovations, she partners with visionary founders building groundbreaking companies in sectors like AI, SaaS, fintech, consumer internet, blockchain, and beyond.
Caroline's portfolio showcases her diverse investment focus - from Deepsmartech (3D iCVD) and DS Electera (Battery Electrolyte and Electrolyte Additives) in advanced materials, to Peaches (Automobile community platform), ExoCoBio (Exosome cosmetics), and Hidden News (Demi-fine Jewelry commerce) in consumer/internet spaces.
Prior to joining Korea Omega Investment Corp, Caroline honed product and technology expertise at Antares Capital (f/k/a GE Capital) as a Product Owner and Lead Technologist to oversee enterprise software, along with her technology consulting tenure at Avanade (Subsidiary of Accenture).
Academically, Caroline combines technical depth with business acumen through her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Major) and Communication (Minor) from the University of Illinois – Urbana & Champaign, along with an MBA from Seoul National University.
